Hand and wrist
Hand and wrist rehabilitation has its own specific features because injuries, overuse syndromes and other hand disorders are so common. The hand – with its many small bones, joints and tendons located in the hand itself (the intrinsic muscles), the muscles that belong to other regions of the upper limb (the extrinsic muscles), and its blood vessels and nerves – is a common reason for visiting specialists in musculoskeletal diseases.
