Before the appointment, get your documents ready: test results, scans and discharge letters. They help the doctor a great deal in assessing your condition.

For the call you need a mobile phone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. Choose a quiet place where no one will disturb you.
STEP 5
At the agreed time, connect using the instructions you received and wait for the doctor to join you.
