Through an online consultation, the specialist will give you medical advice and a consultation based on the information provided; this is equivalent to a conventional examination, but with certain limitations that you must be aware of, and we are obliged to point them out to you.

By calling, you accept the terms and scope of the consultation, given that physical contact is not possible, with a strong commitment, from an epidemiological point of view, to reducing the risk of infection.

After the online consultation, we send you a written report and the specialist's recommendations; your cooperation helps to improve the quality of such medical consultations.

You will receive relevant information such as instructions, recommendations for further tests and additional investigations, any recommended medicines if needed, and the date of any follow-up appointments. You should show the specialist's report to your family doctor so that, working with our doctors and with all your medical information brought together, they can make your treatment as successful as possible.

Advantages of online consultations:
You are not exposed to infection
You do not spend time and money on travel
You do not lose time in city traffic
You get a specialist's opinion safely, efficiently and quickly.

Online consultations with a specialist are charged according to the price list. Medical consultations are priced according to their length and complexity. For more information about prices based on your needs and circumstances, please ask our staff.

Telemedicine is a global trend, especially in the current situation, when it is sometimes the only option. Nothing can replace an in-person examination and a physical examination by a specialist; online consultations are an option, with all their advantages and limitations. Trust, patience and cooperation are very important to us so that treatment is as successful as possible.
